As we continue to pursue the vision of Mission Possible 2026, we pause to recognize and celebrate the sacred office of the church elder. Throughout Scripture, elders have served as spiritual leaders, shepherds, mentors, and partners in ministry. Working alongside pastors, they provide vital leadership in nurturing the congregation, strengthening discipleship, caring for members, and advancing the mission of the church. Their ministry reflects God’s design for a united and equipped leadership team committed to the growth of His kingdom.
